PRAYER CLOSET

PRAYER CLOSET

Where God meets us. While the traditional King James translation is respected, the majority of contemporary translations no longer employ the word “closet,” but rather “room,” “private room,” or “inner room.” The Greek word for an “inner storage chamber or secret room” is tameion. It might be referred to as a vault or safety deposit box today. It describes the safe haven for one’s most prized possessions and treasures. Therefore, Matthew 6:6 teaches us that we all require a location where we can meet our heavenly Father regularly, which is our most valuable possession in this life. He is the one whose resources never run out and is capable of resolving any issue and protecting us from demon attacks. Our relationship with God is our most precious possession. That’s it!!!
