ON “I CAN SEE”

ON “I CAN SEE”

The man born blind, healed and worshipped Jesus. He claimed: “though I was blind, now I see.” Such a claim remains a powerful assertion. From time to time Christians are confronted with issues meant to humiliate or mock, questions about some science or social issue or another. One doesn’t have to be an authority in all those things, though the more one knows the better. More than anything, we may simply say: “I don’t know about all that; but this I know: Once I was blind, now I see.” It means we don’t establish our faith on our subjective and or emotional experience; we base it upon God’s truth, revealed to us in the Bible. Yet our experience of God’s work in our life is an important and persuasive additional support for our faith and the faith of others.
Now that you can see worship God and keep enjoying His Grace and favor! Hallelujah!!!
