A SCRIPTURAL AND APOSTOLIC RESPONSE FROM THE GENERAL EVANGELIST
Beloved in Christ,
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The report of the vandalism of our signpost at the General Secretariat, Aperin Oniyere, Ibadan, is both regrettable and revealing. While the act itself is condemnable, the Scriptures teach us that no assault against the work of God escapes His sovereign attention.
1. This Attack Is Not Against a Signpost, but Against a Divine Mandate
The Lord declared, “Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm” (Psalm 105:15).
When men rise in darkness to tear down what represents the testimony of Christ’s Church, they unknowingly provoke the God who defends His own heritage.
2. Darkness Operates at Night, but God Judges in the Light
The incident occurring around 3:30am only confirms what Jesus said:
“Men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil” (John 3:19).
Yet the same God who sees in secret will reward openly.
3. We Respond Not in Fear, but in Apostolic Authority
As the Church of the living God, we do not retaliate carnally. We respond spiritually, scripturally, and prophetically.
In alignment with the prayer already raised, we stand upon the verdict of 1 Samuel 15:28, where the Lord tears the kingdom from the disobedient and gives it to one better than he.
So shall it be unto every power, person, or network that lifts its hand against the mission, unity, and forward march of Christ Apostolic Church.
4. The Church Marches On—Unafraid, Unintimidated, Unstoppable
The vandalism of a signpost cannot vandalise the grace, the calling, or the future of CAC Nigeria and Overseas.
For it is written:
“I will build my Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:18).
5. Our Pastors Should Take Note and Stand in Watchfulness
This report is rightly circulated for awareness. Let every pastor, district, and assembly remain spiritually alert, prayerfully vigilant, and united in purpose.
The enemy attacks where he perceives movement.
The vandalism is a sign that the work is advancing.
6. We Commit the Matter to God and to Lawful Authority
We commend the Administrative Secretary and the General Secretary for promptly reporting the matter to the police.
We also commit the perpetrators into the hands of the Righteous Judge, who weighs the hearts of men and repays according to their deeds.
A PROPHETIC DECLARATION OVER CAC NIGERIA & OVERSEAS
As the General Evangelist, I declare:
No weapon formed against this Church shall prosper.
No hand lifted against this mission shall stand.
Every kingdom that rises against the work of God shall fall before the Rock of Ages.
The banner they tore down shall rise again in greater glory.
And the Church shall march on in power, purity, and prophetic dominion.
In Christ’s unfailing victory,
Professor Ojo Emmanuel Ademola
General Evangelist, CAC Nigeria & Overseas
