The promise of His Second Coming is a beacon of Hope for us believers, a reminder that we are not of this world but destined for a Greater Glory. However, as we await His Arrival, let us not fall into the trap of Complacency and Indifference. The parable of the ten virgins in Matthew 25 teaches us the importance of being prepared and watchful for the Bridegroom’s Return. Let us not be found asleep when He Comes, but let us be vigilant, serving the Lord with all our hearts and minds. May our lamps be burning brightly, shining as a testimony of our faith and readiness for His Imminent Return. Let us not be swayed by the distractions of this world, but be firmly rooted in our faith, eagerly anticipating the Glorious Day when our Saviour shall return in all His Splendour. Amen.
