My dear friends, today we are reminded of the promise from scripture, “Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.” Just as we savour delicious food to satisfy our physical hunger, we are called to immerse ourselves in the Goodness of the Lord to satisfy our spiritual thirst. In times of uncertainty and trials, the Lord offers us refuge and peace that surpasses all understanding. Let us not just hear about His Goodness, but actively seek it out by building a relationship with Him through prayer, Scripture, and worship. When we take refuge in the Lord, we are blessed beyond measure, for His Love and Grace will sustain us through all seasons of life.
