Have you ever wondered who God says you are? Or have you ever wanted a separate name? Maybe you never liked the name your parents chose for you at birth. Or maybe you were taunted as a child (or even as an adult) by people calling you names. Now you have a new name! Yes, God says He gives you a new name. “Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches. To everyone who is victorious I will give some of the manna that has been hidden away in heaven. And I will give to each one a white stone, and on the stone will be engraved a new name that no one understands except the one who receives it.” (Revelations 2:17). Christ calls you a new creation: ”Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come” (2 Corinthians 5:17). That’s it!!!
