Have you not heard that when we walk with God in the quiet times, He becomes all that matters? Yes, He is all who counts, not our emotions, not our desires, not our pleasures. We begin to walk in humility, accepting everything as coming from God without murmuring, disputing, or retaliating. Such truth becomes ours, and indeed ever precious. Here this: “Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” So we can say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?” (Hebrews 13:5-6, NLT). That’s it!!!
