ON “CRY TO GOD”

ON “CRY TO GOD”

Any time I take a devotional look at Psalm 57:2, I always remember Benedict’s prayer, and I quote: “Gracious and holy Father, give me the wisdom to perceive You; intelligence to fathom You; patience to wait for You; eyes to behold You; a heart to meditate upon You; and a life to proclaim You, through the power of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, our Lord.” To cry to God should all centre on maturing to the full stature according to the Mind of Christ! Cry to God, “I will cry to God Most High, Who accomplishes all things on my behalf [for He completes my purpose in His plan].” (Psalm 57:2, AB). That’s it!!!
