In your plan to succeed in life, always permit that, ‘God is in Control’ on the operational, tactical and strategic peak! Do you ever think things can go wrong or mistakes do happen? Maybe your mindset could accommodate such; nonetheless, you must factor in that always God has something better in His Mind! Yes, when you succeed, you give Him thanks, for He plans to escalate His glory in your life just at that point. Even when you failed to reach your target or grossly failed, God is saying to you that He had something else in mind for you? I was indeed stressed when I missed a flight from Washington to London a few years ago. If I had been in control, I wouldn’t have missed the plane! However, I would have missed what God had in mind, a precious colleague in my University days who needed Jesus, and yes, an upgraded ticket as a bonus! That’s it, my friend: “The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps.” (Proverbs 16:9).
