As God’s children, we are no longer slaves to sin. As servants of God’s Righteousness, sins have no part in our bodies. You are no longer a slave to sin, and you don’t allow sin to rule your mortal body. Here it is: “We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may walk in newness of life.” (Romans 6:4, BLB).
