1. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

2 “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. And when Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.”

3 “But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Surely there is not a righteous man on earth who does good and never sins.”

4 “But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death. The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.”
