ON “WHAT IS BETTER”

In John 6:28, the group which followed Jesus into Capernaum was looking for a rehash of the earlier day’s wonder. There, Jesus took care more than of 5,000 individuals with a small measure of food. Jesus knows, nonetheless, that their advantage is innately shallow and self-centred (John 6:26). Individuals are hung up on material things, like amusement and gifts. Christ’s talk in this entry explains that His central goal isn’t about bread or entertainment. These material things die in the long run, so there is no enduring worth in seeking after them. Maybe, our spotlight should be on magnificent things, which keep going forever (John 6:27; Matthew 6:19–20). Seek things that are of eternal value! That’s it!!!
