Permit me to share an understanding of Joel 2:28 quickly; the physical deliverance and spiritual renewal for Israel in the book of Joel, and the beautiful promises that God made to His people will come into full effect at the end of the tribulation – that future time of Jacob’s trouble. For in that day, God will genuinely pour out His spirit on all flesh… and they will exercise many prophetic gifts, and God will replace their hardened hearts of stone with softened hearts of flesh. What I see in Acts 2, call the first Church experience of the Pentecost, is learning more about the nature of the Holy Spirit that will possess all or that we shall all receive if you prefer. Nonetheless, at this your Pentecost, my dear friends, you must dream dreams at least and grant opportunities for the next generation to fulfil your dreams! What? Yes, for all your dreams shall be fulfilled; some in your lifetime, many to be fulfilled in your future! Perhaps the only grave error the present could commit against the end is not to dream dreams! It’s not too late to dream dreams! That’s it!!!
