Have you not heard that God gave us nature to teach us about His goodness? At least, you should let nature remind you about the goodness of God! Someone once said: “All nature seems to bespeak the works of God.” A friend once asked,  how can I raise some Scriptures to teach my children about God! What? Yes, “For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.” (Romans 1:20, ESV)
