Have you not heard that responsibility can only be borne and cannot be preached? The discourse can inspire individuals to make the right decision. Christians are to love their neighbors and called to be accountable for our work and not our neighbors. Paul is telling the Christians in Galatia that we are all liable for our work and not our neighbors.  Every one of us “will have to bear his (or her) own load.” Meaning, we will be responsible or liable for our behavior or dormancy besides our transgressions of bonus, just as our wrongdoings of oversight. Romans 14:10, 12 “For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God. So then each of us will give an account of himself to God.”
