ON “BE AT PEACE”

ON “BE AT PEACE”

Have you read from Proverbs 19:3 that the heart of a fool frets against the Lord? Put it this way: God aimed at us to be at peace with Him, but because of rebellion (both inherited and chosen), we are in many ways against the Lord. The foolish man or woman has no peace in God; their heart frets against the Lord. They are angry and perhaps bitter against God for their crooked way. In other words, fools will try to blame God when they ruin their lives; the fool is not willing to accept failure as his or her own making. Of course, to blame God is also entirely foolish! Such is the pride and sacrilege of a proud spirit. Have you not heard that the criminal blames the judge for righteous sentences. Instead of blaming God for whatsoever, wisdom says to you, choose the path entirely with God. That’s it!!!
