Have you heard that there is no other fear? Yes, I mean, the fear of LORD! In Proverbs, we read severally: “Fear the Lord and depart from evil:” Yes, the outcome of trusting God is usually to reverence. Yes, the natural result of trusting God is the fear of God. As we trust Him, we come to realise Him better, prompting natural reverence and awe (to fear the Lord). As we trust Him, we are attracted more to God and further from evil.
