Who dwells in Jerusalem according to Psalm 135 is the true God, the Creator of heavens and the earth. Let us explore it further, I mean the statement is much of the clause that may be added either to distinguish the true God from the gods which were worshipped in other places and countries; or as a reason why we should bless God because He had blessed and honoured Jerusalem as a place with His gracious and glorious presence and from Zion, His will shall spread out over to the whole world. Remember, that Jesus said: “…Samaritans worship what…do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews.” (John 4:22 NIV).
