Indeed, you should be presented higher than ever with the goal that you can go higher than ever. Try not to be scared by somebody that is further along; be propelled. You need great mentors. Put yourself in the right condition with companions that challenge and motivate you, with individuals that push you up, at that point, those seeds will flourish, and you will start to bloom.
