Quiet time (QT) is the most intimate searching for God by believers. The time to privately pursue the knowledge of Christ and defeat the ignorance of the Bible. Jerome said, “Ignorance of the Bible means ignorance of Christ.” Job once said, “I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.” Jeremiah said, “Thy words were found, and I did eat them, and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart.” Billy Graham said: “you need quiet time to read the Bible.” Simply, during a QT, you seek to fulfil the call in Psalm 105: 3-5, Isaiah 40:31, and much more.
