Yes, conscience is a God-given instrument so that you can determine right from wrong. Conscience is the lamp of God, saying, “This is the way, walk in it.” With a clear conscience, I remind you of this: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6
