Simply remember, “Whatever your task, work heartily, as serving the Lord and not men” (Col. 3:23). Dietrich Bonhoeffer said: “Even mechanical work is done more patiently if it arises from the recognition of God and his command.” The forces to work grab hold, consequently, at where we have appealed to God. He needs to give us today the power which we require for our work every day and beyond.
