ON “WILLING IT”

ON “WILLING IT”

Willing it or not wanting it? I mean, the notion of willing death or not? Notwithstanding death, we can’t just talk in some fatalistic manner, “God wills it”; yet we should compare it with the other reality, “God doesn’t will it.” Death uncovers that the world isn’t as it ought to be nevertheless that it remains to need redemption. Christ alone is the overcoming of death; Christ alone is the conquering of death. Here, the sharp, direct opposite between “God wills it” and “God doesn’t will it” reaches a critical stage and discovers its goals. The world needs reclamation, and the people in the world urgently need redemption. Christ Jesus lives to reclaim the world and continue to redeem people! That’s it!!!
