The life God gave us through His Son is our real life. It’s a life we got via the substitution of Christ’s life for us on the Cross. To understand this, we must first be clear what life is! For instance, when someone difficult calls on you, you know at once you need patience fundamentally to handle such a situation. Such supply can only come from you. In other words, to supply endurance, you know you must draw from your very life.
For the same reason, Christ Jesus endured the most shameful death on the Cross to provide us with this our life. Jesus said; “Because I live, ye shall live also.” John 14:19KJV
