Yes, He can for our comfort, for our empowerment and for the reason best known to Him as the only All-Knowing! When He’s silent, no worries, my friends! Put it this way, the quietness is certainly not a sign that God isn’t working. He may not be changing the conditions, yet He is evolving us.
