Wonderful Jesus for Our Fixing

Wonderful Jesus for Our Fixing

“But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ.”(Phil. 3:7) THEREFORE, “Let us also lay aside every encumbrance … and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus.” (Hebrews 12:1-2) The Apostle Paul knew that only one thing could or should be central to him. What was that? Christlikeness. So, he determined that he would develop a single mind by making Christ his goal. To do this, Paul literally had to count everything else as rubbish. Moreso, if I am going to run the race set before me, I can only look in one direction, and that is straight forward. This is true of every believer in Christ. When we stand before Him, one second in eternity will erase all care or thought of anything except whether or not we allowed the situations of life to make us more like Him. All these suggest, we all have at least a calling which is common; ‘to be more like Jesus.’ Yes, we live under constant danger of death because we serve Jesus, so that the life of Jesus will be evident in our dying bodies. (2 Cor. 4:11)

CONFESS AS FOLLOWS:
God supplies all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. God is the source of my supply, and I have more than enough to enjoy full benefits of deliverance. (Phil. 4:19)
Praise God!
