“I am the LORD; there is no other God.”(Isa. 45:5a) INDEED, “I have equipped you for battle, though you don’t even know me.”

In this text, we have a very peculiar thing of great global interest. Cyrus, conqueror of Babylon and king of Persia, did not know God; yet he is described in the Scripture as the Lord’s anointed. Apparently, anointing in the Scriptures, is always marks a man or nation as chosen by God for His own special purpose, to fulfill a task for Him. Cyrus is, then, an illustration for us of how world governments stand in the sight of God. He had no personal relationship with God. Yet he was in His hand for the fulfilling of His will. In Dec. 2010, The LORD said to me; “Year 2011 is for Moral Revolution, Unity, and full benefits of Deliverance.” The message was placed on our site www.timeofpower.net for public awareness. Then, many sent emails, texts, phones calls, asking for interpretations. My response was that, all world powers are in God’s hand. He has decided to bring people together in Unity to cause Moral Revolution in Nations, so that, full benefits of deliverance could have it’s way, in full anticipation of the Second Coming of Our LORD JESUS.

We are witnesses to revolution happening in North Africa, and the Gulf; Tunisia, Egypt, Bahrain, Libya, etc. God is at work to bring full benefits of Deliverance to His people, opening the region to power of Salvation in Christ Jesus. All world powers are in God’s hand. This one rises, that one falls, and God is over all. Of Cyrus, God did not just say: “My instrument,” but “My anointed.” The rise and fall of nations in history is controlled by God’s sovereign choice for purposes that are only wise and good for peculiar faith of all.
