Beloved, when morale is low, the leader must not retreat—they must rise. O yes, children of divine mercy, power, and covenant fulfilment, we are called to energise the atmosphere and mobilise the team.

Positive morale is not accidental—it is intentional. The HOLY SPIRIT gives us discernment to know what to say, what to do, and how to lift others. JESUS CHRIST did not lead with silence—HE led with clarity. HE kept the vision before HIS disciples, even when they were confused or discouraged.

You must communicate the vision frequently. Let your team see it, hear it, and feel it. Let them know that Redemption is not just a doctrine—it is a lifestyle. Leaders who reflect Redemption raise morale, mobilise purpose, and accelerate progress.
