A leadership position does not heal insecurity—it amplifies it. 1 Samuel 18:9 reveals that Saul eyed David from that day forward. His insecurity turned kingship into control. As children of divine mercy, power, and covenant fulfilment, we are under GOD—and we are secure leaders. We do not lead from fear—we lead from fullness. Whatever negative baggage you carry only gets heavier when you are not a leader in CHRIST and you attempt to lead others. We are called to provide security for others. We must give more than we take. Let every leader declare: ‘I lead from Redemption! I empower from identity! I steward from divine security!’ The HOLY SPIRIT is sanctifying our leadership. JESUS CHRIST is confirming our stewardship. And the FATHER is aligning HIS leaders for generational impact.”
