Friends, have you not heard that leadership capacity is the lid on the success of a nation or organisation? When leadership is low, the people suffer. When leadership is righteous, the people flourish. 1 Kings 15:34 tells us that King Baasha did evil in the sight of the LORD, and walked in the way of Jeroboam—thus, Israel was plunged into decline.

As children of divine mercy, power, and covenant fulfilment, we are under GOD, led by the mysterious life within us. Leadership is not a title—it is a spiritual trust. The heart and skill of a leader will always tremendously affect the lives of those under his or her direction. Under bad leadership, things go sour. Under good leadership, things align with divine order.
