Agricultural Revolution: Building on his success as Nigeria’s Minister of Agriculture, he led AfDB to invest $25 billion in agriculture over 10 years, transforming food systems and empowering rural economies.

Climate Leadership: He boldly declared Africa’s need for $277 billion annually to address climate change, positioning the continent as a global stakeholder in sustainability.

Financial Integrity: His unanimous re-election in 2020, despite external scrutiny, affirmed his unshakable credibility and continental trust.

Global Influence: He elevated Africa’s voice in multilateral finance, forging strategic partnerships and advocating for inclusive growth.
