Beloved, leading with purpose is all that matters. The FATHER does not call leaders to dominate—HE calls them to cultivate. The olive tree yields oil for healing, the fig tree bears fruit for sustenance, and the vine produces wine for celebration. These are not symbols of status, but of service.

JESUS CHRIST led with compassion, clarity, and conviction. HIS leadership was marked by obedience to the FATHER and joy in fulfilling HIS mission. Likewise, the HOLY SPIRIT equips us to lead with peace, not pressure—with purpose, not pride.
