Believers must be happy at every Word of God, seeing that their names are written in the Book of Life of the Lamb. This is not shallow optimism—it is rooted joy. The Holy Spirit opens our eyes to the eternal significance of the present moment. Jesus Christ did not call us to survive life, but to see it—deeply, gratefully, and gloriously. Reflect daily on this: seeing the good things of life, appreciating God’s gift of life and eternal life. For those who see with faith will never walk in darkness.
