1. “A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.” 2. “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” 3. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” 4. “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
