Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Our theme today is “Draw nearer daily to God for daily inspiration for fulfilment.” This message urges us to recognise the limitless reservoir of inspiration and strength available to us when we maintain a close and daily relationship with our Heavenly Father.

In Isaiah 40:31, we read: *”But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”* This verse encapsulates the transformative power of daily communion with God. When we draw near to Him, our spirits are not only renewed but also empowered to face the challenges of life with grace and endurance.

Life’s journey is often fraught with uncertainties and trials. However, when we seek God daily, we tap into an unending source of inspiration that guides our steps and anchors our souls. In Psalm 119:105, we are reminded: *”Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.”* This is a testament to the clarity and direction we receive when we immerse ourselves in God’s Word every day.

Drawing nearer to God daily is an intentional act that requires time and dedication. It is about setting aside moments each day to connect with Him through prayer, Scripture reading, and quiet reflection. In these sacred moments, we open our hearts to hear His voice, receive His wisdom, and feel His love. It is through this daily practice that we cultivate a deep and abiding relationship with our Creator.

The fulfilment we seek in life is intricately tied to our relationship with God. When we draw nearer to Him, we begin to see our lives through His eyes, understanding our true purpose and calling. In John 15:5, Jesus says: *”I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me, you can do nothing.”* This highlights the vital connection between our daily walk with God and the fruitfulness of our lives. Without this connection, true fulfilment remains elusive.

As we strive to draw nearer to God each day, let us remember that this journey is not about perfection but about persistence. It is about continually seeking His presence, even amid our busy lives. By doing so, we not only find the inspiration needed for our own fulfilment but also become vessels through which God’s love and wisdom flow to others.
