“REMEMBRANCE, FORGIVENESS, AND WELCOME THROUGH CREATIVE REDEMPTION”
Beloved, Creative Redemption begins where disgrace once prevailed. The disgrace of forgetfulness is overturned by remembrance. God does not forget His covenant people — He remembers them with mercy. “Can a woman forget her nursing child?… Yet I will not forget you” (Isaiah 49:15).
The disgrace of sin is overturned by forgiveness. The LORD does not abandon the repentant — He cleanses and restores. “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us” (1 John 1:9).
The disgrace of the pit is overturned by redemption. God does not leave His children buried — He lifts them up. “He brought me up out of a horrible pit… and set my feet upon a rock” (Psalm 40:2).
The disgrace of guilt is overturned by cleansing. The LORD does not condemn the contrite — He washes them white. “Purge me with hyssop… wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow” (Psalm 51:7).
The disgrace of rebellion is overturned by compassion. God does not cast away the wayward — He calls them home. “Return to Me… for I am merciful” (Jeremiah 3:12).
The disgrace of wandering is overturned by welcome. The LORD does not reject the lost — He rejoices over their return. “When he was still a great way off… his father ran and embraced him” (Luke 15:20).
Creative Redemption is the miracle of remembrance, forgiveness, redemption, and welcome. It is the divine reversal of forgetfulness, guilt, and rebellion.
