Friends, have you not heard that when morale is low, the leader must do productive things to give the team a boost? Leadership is not passive—it is prophetic. O yes, children of divine mercy, power, and covenant fulfilment, we are called to create positive morale to pick up some speed!

The leader must not wait for motivation to arrive—they must generate it. The HOLY SPIRIT empowers us to act, not to hesitate. Whether through a word of encouragement, a strategic action, or a moment of presence, the leader must lift the atmosphere.

You must frequently communicate the vision. Keep the vision before your team continually. Vision is not a one-time announcement—it is a daily reminder of purpose. In JESUS CHRIST, we see the perfect model: HE spoke the Kingdom, lived the Kingdom, and led with clarity.
