A leadership position does not heal insecurity—it amplifies it. 1 Samuel 18:9 reveals that Saul eyed David from that day forward. His insecurity turned admiration into suspicion, and leadership into tyranny.

As children of divine mercy, power, and covenant fulfilment, we are under GOD, and we are secure leaders. We do not lead from fear—we lead from fullness. Whatever negative baggage you carry in life only gets heavier when you are not a leader in CHRIST and you attempt to lead others. Insecure leaders take more than they give. They limit their best people. But secure leaders release others into greatness.
