Friends, have you not heard that successful leadership brings forth lasting impact when patterned after the olive tree, the fig tree, and the vine? The olive tree speaks of anointing and consecration. The fig tree represents productivity and nourishment. The vine symbolises abiding in JESUS CHRIST and bearing fruit through HIM.

To lead with purpose is to align with what these trees offer: the oil of the HOLY SPIRIT, the sweetness of spiritual maturity, and the wine of divine joy. Leadership is not about position—it is about provision. It is a calling to obey, a service posture, and a peace pursuit.
