Beloved in Christ, we are called to emulate the compassion of our Lord Jesus towards the needy and the downtrodden. In His Earthly Ministry, Jesus showed us the importance of showing love and mercy to those in need. He healed the sick, fed the hungry, and comforted the brokenhearted. As His Followers, we are called to do the same.

When we show compassion to the needy, we reflect Christ’s Love to the world. Our actions speak louder than words; when we reach out in love and kindness to those suffering, we spread the Good News of Jesus tangibly. Let us not be indifferent to the needs of others but be moved with compassion, just as our Lord Jesus was.

May we be empowered by the Holy Spirit to seek justice, defend the oppressed, and show compassion to the needy. Let us be bold in our actions, knowing that we are called to be the Hands and Feet of Christ in a broken and hurting world. May our lives reflect His Exceeding Glory, displaying His Justice, Righteousness, and Compassion to all those around us. Amen.
