1. “The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance. For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” 2. “Who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. And they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will.” 3. “Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” 4. “And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.”
