1 Chronicles 8:40 – “Ulam’s sons were soldiers, skilled archers. They had many sons and grandsons, 150 in all. All of these men were Benjamin’s descendants.”

Prayer Point: Lord, help us to be brave warriors for your kingdom and to rely on your strength as we face battles in our lives.

Practical Application of Service:

1 Chronicles 9:13 – “Their relatives who were heads of their families totaled 1,760 soldiers. They served in Elohim’s temple and settled in Jerusalem.”

Prayer Point: Father, help us to serve you wholeheartedly in our daily lives, whether at home, work, or church, so that we may bring glory to your name.

2. Promise of Sustenance:

John 6:27 – “Don’t work for food that spoils. Instead, work for the food that lasts into eternal life. This is the food the Son of Man will give you. After all, the Father has placed his seal of approval on him.”

Prayer Point: Lord, thank you for Jesus, whom you have sealed as the sustainer of our lives. Help us to seek nourishment from Him daily.

Interpretation of Faith:

John 6:29 – “Yeshua replied to them, “God wants to do something for you so that you believe in the one whom he has sent.”

Prayer Point: Lord, increase our faith in Jesus, the one you have sent, and help us to trust in His power and provision for all our needs.

Practical Application of Sharing:

John 6:35 – “Yeshua told them, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never become hungry, and whoever believes in me will never become thirsty.”

Prayer Point: Father, help us to share the eternal bread of life, Jesus, with others so that they too may find satisfaction and fulfilment in Him.

3. Promise of Eternal Life:

John 6:40 – “My Father wants all those who see the Son and believe in him to have eternal life. He wants me to bring them back to life on the last day”

Prayer Point: Thank you, Lord, for the promise of eternal life through faith in Jesus. Help us to live each day in anticipation of the resurrection and the glorious future you have prepared for us.

LET’S PRAY:

1. Seeking God’s Guidance: “Guide us, O Lord, according to Your Will and Purpose, just as You guided the Israelites in their journeys and battles (1 Chronicles 9:22). Grant us clarity and direction in all our decisions and endeavours, so that we may follow You faithfully.”

2. Protection and Strength: “Father, like the tribe of Benjamin who were mighty warriors, we pray for Your divine protection and strength in times of spiritual battles and challenges (1 Chronicles 8:40). Equip us with Your Armour and empower us to stand firm against the schemes of the enemy.”

3. Unity and Fellowship: “Lord, help us to be united as one body, just as the priests served together in unity and harmony (1 Chronicles 9:22). May we support and encourage one another in love, bearing each other’s burdens and uplifting one another.”

4. Spiritual Nourishment: “Jesus, You are the bread of life that satisfies our spiritual hunger (John 6:35). Fill us with Your Presence and nourish our souls with Your Word, that we may grow in faith and be satisfied in You Alone.”

5. Faith and Trust: “Lord, increase our faith and help us to trust in Your Provision, just as You multiplied the loaves and fishes to feed the five thousand (John 6:11-13). Strengthen our belief in Your Power to do the impossible in our lives.”

6. Surrender and Obedience: “Teach us, Holy Spirit, to surrender our will to Yours and obey Your Promptings, like the crowd who followed Jesus across the sea (John 6:22-25). May we be willing vessels, ready to walk in obedience to Your Leading.”

7. Living by the Word: “Father, Your Word is life and truth (John 6:63). Help us to meditate on Your Word day and night, that we may be rooted and grounded in Your Promises, finding strength and guidance in Your Eternal Truth.”

8. Salvation and Redemption: “Thank You, Jesus, for the gift of Salvation and the assurance of Eternal Life for those who believe in You (John 6:40). May we proclaim Your Saving Grace to the lost and share the Good News of Salvation with boldness and compassion.”
