SCRIPTURAL DECLARATION – WEEK 52 ENDING 30/12/2023

SCRIPTURAL DECLARATION – WEEK 52 ENDING 30/12/2023

Be motivated to read the following Scriptures loudly over your life, family and congregation:

1. Psalm 13; Proverbs 10:24-32; Mark 8:34-37.
“How long, O Yahweh? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me? How long must I make decisions alone with sorrow in my heart day after day? How long will my enemy triumph over me?Look at me! Answer me, O Yahweh my Elohim! Light up my eyes, or else I will die and my enemy will say, “I have overpowered him.” My opponents will rejoice because I have been shaken. But I trust your mercy. My heart finds joy in your salvation. I will sing to Yahweh because he has been good to me.

“That which wicked people dread happens to them, but the Lord grants the desire of righteous people. When the storm has passed, the wicked person has vanished, but the righteous person has an everlasting foundation. Like vinegar to the teeth, like smoke to the eyes, so is the lazy person to those who send him on a mission. The fear of Yahweh lengthens the number of days, but the years of wicked people are shortened. The hope of righteous people leads to joy, but the eager waiting of wicked people comes to nothing. The way of Yahweh is a fortress for an innocent person but a ruin to those who are troublemakers. A righteous person will never be moved, but wicked people will not continue to live in the land. The mouth of a righteous person increases wisdom, but a devious tongue will be cut off. The lips of a righteous person announce good will,
but the mouths of wicked people are devious.

“Then Yeshua called the crowd to himself along with his disciples. He said to them, “Those who want to follow me must say no to the things they want, pick up their crosses, and follow me. Those who want to save their lives will lose them. But those who lose their lives for me and for the Good News will save them. What good does it do for people to win the whole world yet lose their lives? Or what should a person give in exchange for life?

2. Isaiah 9:6-7; Matthew 1:18-25; Luke 2:1-7; John 1:14; Revelation 12:1-6.
“A child will be born for us. A son will be given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. He will be named: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Sar Shalom. His government and peace will have unlimited growth. He will establish David’s throne and kingdom. He will uphold it with justice and righteousness now and forever. Yahweh Tsebaoth is determined to do this!

“The birth of Yeshua Christ took place in this way. His mother Mary had been promised to Joseph in marriage. But before they were married, Mary realized that she was pregnant by the Holy Spirit. Her husband Joseph was an honorable man and did not want to disgrace her publicly. So he decided to break the marriage agreement with her secretly. Joseph had this in mind when an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream. The angel said to him, “Joseph, descendant of David, don’t be afraid to take Mary as your wife. She is pregnant by the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and you will name him Yeshua [He Saves], because he will save his people from their sins.” All this happened so that what the Lord had spoken through the prophet came true: “The virgin will become pregnant and give birth to a son, and they will name him Immanuel,” which means “God is with us.”  When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him to do. He took Mary to be his wife. He did not have marital relations with her before she gave birth to a son. Joseph named the child Yeshua.

“At that time the Emperor Augustus ordered a census of the Roman Empire. This was the first census taken while Quirinius was governor of Syria. All the people went to register in the cities where their ancestors had lived. So Joseph went from Nazareth, a city in Galilee, to a Judean city called Bethlehem. Joseph, a descendant of King David, went to Bethlehem because David had been born there. Joseph went there to register with Mary. She had been promised to him in marriage and was pregnant. While they were in Bethlehem, the time came for Mary to have her child. She gave birth to her firstborn son. She wrapped him in strips of cloth and laid him in a manger because there wasn’t any room for them in the inn.

“The Word became human and lived among us. We saw his glory. It was the glory that the Father shares with his only Son, a glory full of kindness and truth.

“A spectacular sign appeared in the sky: There was a woman who was dressed in the sun, who had the moon under her feet and a crown of 12 stars on her head. She was pregnant. She cried out from labor pains and the agony of giving birth. Another sign appeared in the sky: a huge fiery red serpent with seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns on its heads. Its tail swept away one-third of the stars in the sky and threw them down to earth. The serpent stood in front of the woman who was going to give birth so that it could devour her child when it was born. She gave birth to a son, a boy, who is to rule all the nations with an iron scepter. Her child was snatched away and taken to God and to his throne. Then the woman fled into the wilderness where God had prepared a place for her so that she might be taken care of for 1,260 days.

3. Psalm 42; 1 John 4:1-9.
“As a deer longs for flowing streams, so my soul longs for you, O Elohim. My soul thirsts for Elohim, for El Chay. When may I come to see Elohim’s face? My tears are my food day and night. People ask me all day long, “Where is your Elohim?” I will remember these things as I pour out my soul: how I used to walk with the crowd and lead it in a procession to Elohim’s house. I sang songs of joy and thanksgiving while crowds of people celebrated a festival. Why are you discouraged, my soul? Why are you so restless? Put your hope in Elohim,  because I will still praise him. He is my savior and my Elohim. My soul is discouraged. That is why I will remember you in the land of Jordan, on the peaks of Hermon, on Mount Mizar.
One deep sea calls to another at the roar of your waterspouts. All the whitecaps on your waves have swept over me. Yahweh commands his mercy during the day, and at night his song is with me—prayer to the El of my life. I will ask Elohim, my rock, “Why have you forgotten me? Why must I walk around in mourning while the enemy oppresses me?” With a shattering blow to my bones, my enemies taunt me. They ask me all day long, “Where is your Elohim?” Why are you discouraged, my soul? Why are you so restless? Put your hope in Elohim,  because I will still praise him. He is my savior and my Elohim.

“Dear friends, do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many false prophets in the world. This is how we know if they have the Spirit of God: If a person claiming to be a prophet acknowledges that Jesus Christ came in a real body, that person has the Spirit of God. But if someone claims to be a prophet and does not acknowledge the truth about Jesus, that person is not from God. Such a person has the spirit of the Antichrist, which you heard is coming into the world and indeed is already here. But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. Those people belong to this world, so they speak from the world’s viewpoint, and the world listens to them. But we belong to God, and those who know God listen to us. If they do not belong to God, they do not listen to us. That is how we know if someone has the Spirit of truth or the spirit of deception. Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love. God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him.

4. Ruth 2:12, 3:11, 4:14; Hosea 5:4, 5, 7, 15; Romans 1:20-28.
“May Yahweh reward you for what you have done! May you receive a rich reward from Yahweh Elohim of Israel, under whose protection you have come for shelter.”

“Don’t be afraid, my daughter. I will do whatever you say. The whole town knows that you are a woman who has strength of character.”

“The women said to Naomi, “Praise Yahweh, who has remembered today to give you someone who will take care of you. The child’s name will be famous in Israel.”

“The wicked things that the people have done keep them from returning to their Elohim. They have a spirit of prostitution, and they don’t know Yahweh.

“The people of Israel’s arrogance testifies against them. Israel and Ephraim stumble because of their sins, and Judah stumbles with them.

“They have been unfaithful to Yahweh, because their children do not belong to him. Now their New Moon Festivals will devour them and their fields.

“I will go back to my place until they admit that they are guilty. Then they will search for me. In their distress they will eagerly look for me.”

“From the creation of the world, God’s invisible qualities, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly observed in what he made. As a result, people have no excuse. They knew God but did not praise and thank him for being God. Instead, their thoughts were pointless, and their misguided minds were plunged into darkness. While claiming to be wise, they became fools. They exchanged the glory of the immortal God for statues that looked like mortal humans, birds, animals, and snakes. For this reason God allowed their lusts to control them. As a result, they dishonor their bodies by sexual perversion with each other. These people have exchanged God’s truth for a lie. So they have become ungodly and serve what is created rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen! For this reason God allowed their shameful passions to control them. Their women have exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones.  Likewise, their men have given up natural sexual relations with women and burn with lust for each other. Men commit indecent acts with men, so they experience among themselves the punishment they deserve for their perversion. And because they thought it was worthless to acknowledge God, God allowed their own immoral minds to control them. So they do these indecent things.

5. Proverbs 10:24-32; 15:26-33;   Ephesians 6:10-17.
“What the wicked dreads will come upon him, but the desire of the righteous will be granted. When the tempest passes, the wicked is no more, but the righteous is established forever. Like vinegar to the teeth and smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to those who send him. The fear of the Lord prolongs life, but the years of the wicked will be short. The hope of the righteous brings joy, but the expectation of the wicked will perish. The way of the Lord is a stronghold to the blameless, but destruction to evildoers. The righteous will never be removed, but the wicked will not dwell in the land. The mouth of the righteous brings forth wisdom, but the perverse tongue will be cut off. The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable, but the mouth of the wicked, what is perverse.

“The thoughts of evil people are disgusting to Yahweh, but pleasant words are pure to him. Whoever is greedy for unjust gain brings trouble to his family, but whoever hates bribes will live. The heart of a righteous person carefully considers how to answer, but the mouths of wicked people pour out a flood of evil things. Yahweh is far from wicked people, but he hears the prayers of righteous people. A twinkle in the eye delights the heart. Good news refreshes the body. The ear that listens to a life-giving warning will be at home among wise people. Whoever ignores discipline despises himself, but the person who listens to warning gains understanding. The fear of Yahweh is discipline leading to wisdom, and humility comes before honor.

“Finally, receive your power from the Lord and from his mighty strength. Put on all the armor that God supplies. In this way you can take a stand against the devil’s strategies. This is not a wrestling match against a human opponent. We are wrestling with rulers, authorities, the powers who govern this world of darkness, and spiritual forces that control evil in the heavenly world. For this reason, take up all the armor that God supplies. Then you will be able to take a stand during these evil days. Once you have overcome all obstacles, you will be able to stand your ground. So then, take your stand! Fasten truth around your waist like a belt. Put on God’s approval as your breastplate. Put on your shoes so that you are ready to spread the Good News that gives peace. In addition to all these, take the Christian faith as your shield. With it you can put out all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Also take salvation as your helmet and the word of God as the sword that the Spirit supplies.

6. Psalms 15, 21; Philippians 2:20-30.
“O Yahweh, who may stay in your tent? Who may live on your holy mountain? The one who walks with integrity, does what is righteous, and speaks the truth within his heart. The one who does not slander with his tongue, do evil to a friend, or bring disgrace on his neighbor. The one who despises those rejected by Yahweh but honors those who fear Yahweh. The one who makes a promise and does not break it, even though he is hurt by it. The one who does not collect interest on a loan or take a bribe against an innocent person. Whoever does these things will never be shaken.

“The king finds joy in your strength, O Yahweh. What great joy he has in your victory! You gave him his heart’s desire. You did not refuse the prayer from his lips. Selah. You welcomed him with the blessings of good things and set a crown of fine gold on his head. He asked you for life. You gave him a long life, forever and ever. Because of your victory his glory is great. You place splendor and majesty on him. Yes, you made him a blessing forever. You made him glad with the joy of your presence. Indeed, the king trusts Yahweh, and through the mercy of Elyon, he will not be moved. Your hand will discover all your enemies. Your powerful hand will find all who hate you. When you appear, you will make them burn like a blazing furnace. Yahweh will swallow them up in his anger. Fire will devour them. You will destroy their children from the earth and their offspring from among Adam’s descendants. Although they scheme and plan evil against you, they will not succeed. They turn their backs and flee because you aim your bow at their faces. Arise, O Yahweh, in your strength. We will sing and make music to praise your power.

“I don’t have anyone else like Timothy. He takes a genuine interest in your welfare. Everyone else looks after his own interests, not after those of Yeshua Christ. But you know what kind of person Timothy proved to be. Like a father and son we worked hard together to spread the Good News. I hope to send him as soon as I see how things are going to turn out for me. But the Lord gives me confidence that I will come to visit you soon. I feel that I must send Epaphroditus—my brother, coworker, and fellow soldier—back to you. You sent him as your personal representative to help me in my need. He has been longing to see all of you and is troubled because you heard that he was sick. Indeed, he was so sick that he almost died. But God had mercy not only on him but also on me and kept me from having one sorrow on top of another. So I’m especially eager to send him to you. In this way you will have the joy of seeing him again and I will feel relieved. Give him a joyful Christian welcome. Make sure you honor people like Epaphroditus highly. He risked his life and almost died for the work of Christ in order to make up for the help you couldn’t give me.

7. 1 Kings 8:1-39; 17:23; 18:3; 18:12; 19:10; 22:43; 1 Timothy 1:17-20.
“In the presence of the entire assembly of Israel, Solomon stood in front of Yahweh’s altar. He stretched out his hands toward heaven and said, “Yahweh Elohim of Israel, there is no god like you in heaven above or on earth below. You keep your promise of mercy to your servants, who obey you wholeheartedly. You have kept your promise to my father David, your servant. With your mouth you promised it. With your hand you carried it out as it is today… “Does Elohim really live on earth? If heaven itself, the highest heaven, cannot hold you, then how can this temple that I have built? Hear them in heaven, where you live… Forgive them, and take action. Give each person the proper reply. (You know what is in their hearts, because you alone know what is in the hearts of all people.)

“The woman said to Elijah, “Now I’m convinced that you are a man of Elohim and that the word of Yahweh from your mouth is true.”

“Ahab sent for Obadiah, who was in charge of the palace. Obadiah was a devout worshiper of Yahweh.

“This is what will happen: When I leave you, the Ruach Yahweh will take you away to some unknown place. I’ll tell Ahab, but he won’t be able to find you. Then he will kill me. “I have been faithful to Yahweh since I was a child.

“He answered, “Yahweh Elohim Tsebaoth, I have eagerly served you. The Israelites have abandoned your promises, torn down your altars, and executed your prophets. I’m the only one left, and they’re trying to take my life.”

“Jehoshaphat carefully followed the example his father Asa had set and did what Yahweh considered right.

” Worship and glory belong forever to the eternal king, the immortal, invisible, and only God. Amen.

“Timothy, my child, I’m giving you this order about the prophecies that are still coming to you: Use these prophecies in faith and with a clear conscience to fight this noble war. Some have refused to let their faith guide their conscience and their faith has been destroyed like a wrecked ship. Among these people are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I have handed over to Satan in order to teach them not to dishonor God.

We pray over our lives as follows:

a). O Lord God, please look at us and answer us. Give light to our eyes. May we say to You, Lord, “But I trust in Your unfailing love: my heart rejoices in Your salvation.” May we say of You, “I will sing to the Lord, for He has been good to me.”

b).  May we be righteous and may we be granted what our heart desires. May we be righteous and never be shaken. May we fear You, Lord, that we may be added length to life. May we be righteous so that Your way, Lord, will be a refuge for us. May we be righteous and our mouth shall bring forth wisdom. Amen.

c).  May we come after You, Jesus, deny ourselves take up our cross, and follow You. May we know and believe that “whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it.” May we be willing to lose our lives for You and the gospel, Lord, knowing this will save our lives. “What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul?” May we never forfeit our souls to gain anything. May we never be ashamed of You or Your words, Jesus. Amen.

d). Help us, O Lord, to keep peace. Thank You, Everlasting Father, because we can rest assured that Jesus’ Kingdom shall have no end. Thank You because the world will be filled with the glory of the knowledge of God just as the many waters cover the seas. Thank You because You reign overall, You are Sovereign, All Mighty. Hallelujah! Amen!!!

e). Thank You, Jesus, that You came to save us from our sins! May we come to know You and trust in You as Saviour. Thank You, Jesus, that Your name is also Immanuel, which means, “God with us.” Remind us today and every day that You, God, are with us forever. Amen.

f). God in Christ, as we offer our praise to Your Son, our Saviour, help us to see his presence in all the people we meet both this day and every day. May the stranger or the foreigner be identified with You as much as a stylised baby in a manger! Amen.

g).  Praise You, Lord God for all the wonderful things You have done through Jesus Christ our Lord! Keep us low at the Cross, broken before You, and teachable in heart and soul. Thank You for the clarity of the gospel of grace and the many biblical proofs. O Lord God Almighty, how can we ever show You how much the gift of Your Son means to us? We were struck with wonders and joy that You should love us in this incredible way. Please accept our praises and adoration for both You and Your Son. Praise to You, loving Father, for Your indescribable gift! Amen.

h).  Jesus, we exalt You as the one who is full of grace and full of truth. All glory be to Your name. We praise You for Your grace in our lives. We praise You for dying on the cross for our sins. Hallelujah! Amen.

i) Heavenly Father, thank You for the amazing book of Revelation which explains the end from the beginning. Lord, open our lips and mouth to proclaim Your praise. We arise today, and we shall every day, through Your strength to pilot us! We now declare, therefore, that. satan and his wicked spirits are subject to us in the. Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and we rejoice in Your mercy and goodness Lord. Amen.

j). As the deer pants for streams of water, may our soul pant for You, O God. May our soul thirst for You, the living God. When our soul is downcasted and disturbed, may we put our hope in You, God, and praise You again, our Savior and God. May we say of You, “By day the Lord directs His love, at night His song is with me – a prayer to the God of my life.” May You be the God of our lives. Amen.

k). May we know that the One who is in us is greater than the one who is in the world. May we love others, for love comes from You, God. May we know that whoever does not love does not know God, because You, God, are love. May we know and believe that this is how You, God, showed Your love among us: You sent Your One and only Son into the world that we might live through Him.  Amen.

l). May we choose to take refuge under Your wings, Lord, as Ruth did. May we, like Ruth, be persons of noble character. May we know that just as You did not leave Naomi without a kinsman redeemer, You have also not left us without one. Thank You for giving Jesus as our kinsman Redeemer, to save, restore, and redeem our life. Hallelujah.  Amen!

m).  May we never have a spirit of prostitution that loves other gods before You. Instead, may we forever acknowledge You as Lord. May we not be arrogant against You, God. May we not stumble in our sins or cause others to stumble with us. May we never be unfaithful, or ungrateful, to You, Lord. When we have sinned, may we admit our guilt before You. May we seek Your face; in our misery, may we earnestly seek You. Amen.

n). May we know and believe, God, that since the creation of the world Your invisible qualities – Your eternal power and divine nature – have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that we are without excuse. May it never be said of us, “For although we knew God, we neither glorified Him as God nor gave thanks to Him, but our thinking became futile and our foolish heart was darkened.” Amen.

o).  May we never exchange Your truth, God, for a lie, and worship and serve created things rather than You, the Creator, who are forever praised. May it never be said of us, “Since we did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, [God] gave us over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done.” Amen

p).  May we be righteous and be granted what we desire. May we be righteous and strong daily. May we fear You, Lord, that we may be added length to life. May we be righteous so that Your way, Lord, will be a refuge for us. May we be righteous and our mouths bring forth wisdom. Amen.

q).  May we be pure and our thoughts shall be pleasing to the Lord. May we weigh our answers and be gracious in our response to issues of life. May we know that You, Lord, hear the prayer of the righteous. May we know that “the fear of the Lord teaches a man wisdom, and humility comes before honor.” Amen.

r).  We shall be strong in You, Lord, and in Your mighty power. We shall put on the full armor of God so that we can take our stand against the devil’s schemes. May we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, the authorities, the powers of this dark world, and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Help us to know who the true enemy is. We shall put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, we may be able to stand our ground, and after we have done everything, stand. Amen.

s).  We shall stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around our waist. We shall stand firm with the breastplate of righteousness in place!  May we stand firm with our feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace!  May we take up the shield of faith, with which we can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one! May we take the helmet of salvation. May we take the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word, God. Amen.

t). Lord, may we dwell in Your sanctuary. May we live on your holy hill. May we have a blameless walk, do what is righteous, and speak the truth from our hearts. May we have no slander on our tongue, do our neighbours no wrong, and cast no slur on our fellow humans. May we despise vile persons, but honour those who fear the Lord. May we keep our oath even when it hurts. May we lend our money without usury and never accept a bribe against the innocent. May we do these things so that we will never be shaken. Amen.

u). May we, like David, rejoice in Your strength, Lord. Grant the desire of our heart, Lord, and do not withhold the request of our lips. Welcome us with rich blessings. Amen.

v).  Lord. Grant us eternal blessings, Lord, and make us glad with the joy of Your presence. May we, like David, trust in You, Lord. May we know that through the unfailing love of the Most High, we will not be shaken. May we say of You, “Be exalted, O Lord, in Your strength. I will sing and praise Your might.” Amen.

w). May we be like Timothy and take a genuine interest in the welfare of others. May we be like Timothy and serve in the work of the gospel. May we be like Epaphroditus, a fellow worker and soldier for the gospel. May we be like Epaphroditus, willing to risk our lives for the work of the gospel. Amen.

x). May we know and believe that there is no God like You in Heaven above or on Earth below. May we know that You, God, keep Your covenant of love with Your servants who continue wholeheartedly in Your way. May we continue wholeheartedly in Your way, Lord. May us know that the heavens, even the highest heaven, cannot contain You, God. May we know and live in light of the knowledge that You alone know the hearts of all men. Amen.

y).  May we like Elijah, be seen by others as servants of God. May we be like Obadiah, a devout believer in the Lord. May we be able to say as Obadiah said, “I have worshiped the Lord since my youth.” May we like Elijah, be zealous for You, God. May we be like King Jehoshaphat who did what was right in Your eyes, Lord. Amen.

z).  May our prayer be, “To You, the King Eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, to You be honor and glory for ever and ever.” May we fight the good fight (for You, Lord). May we hold on to faith and a good conscience. Amen.

IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, WE RECEIVE ANSWERS TO ALL OUR PRAYERS. AMEN.

PRAISE GOD, HALLELUJAH!
PRAISE GOD, AMEN!!
PRAISE GOD, HALLELUJAH!!!

JESUS IS LORD.
