SCRIPTURAL DECLARATION – WEEK 50 ENDING 16/12/2023
Be motivated to read loudly over your life and family the following Scriptures:
1. Hosea 1:10; 2:14, 19, 20; Philippians 3:1, 3,7-9.
“Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God. Therefore, behold, I will allure her, Will bring her into the wilderness, And speak comfort to her. I will betroth you to Me forever; Yes, I will betroth you to Me in righteousness and in justice, In lovingkindness and in compassion. I will betroth you to me in faithfulness. And you shall know the LORD.
“Finally, my brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you is not troublesome to me, and for you it is a safeguard. For it is we who are the circumcision, who worship in the Spirit of God and boast in Christ Jesus and have no confidence in the flesh. Yet whatever gains I had, these I have come to regard as loss because of Christ. More than that, I regard everything as loss because of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things, and I regard them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but one that comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God based on faith.
2. Psalm 3; Ephesians 1:17–19.
“Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me. Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah. But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah. I laid down and slept; I awaked; for the Lord sustained me. I will not be afraid of ten thousand people, that have set themselves against me roundabout. Arise, O Lord; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheekbone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly. Salvation belongeth unto the Lord: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.
“asking the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, to give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation so that you will know him better. I pray also that you will have greater understanding in your heart so you will know the hope to which he has called us and that you will know how rich and glorious are the blessings God has promised his holy people. And you will know that God’s power is very great for us who believe. That power is the same as the great strength.
3. Psalm 147:1-5; Psalm 148:1, 5, 13; Psalm 147:6-8; Philippians 1:1–6.
“Praise the Lord! For it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is pleasant, and a song of praise is fitting. The Lord builds up Jerusalem; he gathers the outcasts of Israel. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He determines the number of the stars; he gives all of them their names. Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; his understanding is beyond measure.
“Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise him in the heights! Let them praise the name of the LORD! For he commanded and they were created. Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above earth and heaven.
“The Lord lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground. Sing unto the Lord with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God: Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
“This letter is from Paul and Timothy, slaves of Christ Jesus. I am writing to all of God’s holy people in Philippi who belong to Christ Jesus, including the church leaders and deacons. May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace. Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God. Whenever I pray, I make my requests for all of you with joy, for you have been my partners in spreading the Good News about Christ from the time you first heard it until now. And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.
4. Psalms 128; 129:2, 4; 130; John 15:8-12.
“Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways. For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table. Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord. The Lord shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life. Yea, thou shalt see thy children’s children and peace upon Israel.
“Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth: yet they have not prevailed against me. The Lord is righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.
“Out of the depths I have cried to You, O Lord; Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive To the voice of my supplications. If You, Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? But there is forgiveness with You, That You may be feared. I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, And in His word I do hope. My soul waits for the Lord More than those who watch for the morning—Yes, more than those who watch for the morning. O Israel, hope in the Lord; For with the Lord there is mercy, And with Him is abundant redemption. And He shall redeem Israel From all his iniquities.
“This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples. As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.
5. Genesis 18:19; 22:1,12,14; 25:8; 39:2-3, 9, 12; 1 John 5:1–10.
“For I have chosen him, so that he will direct his children and his household after him to keep the way of the Lord by doing what is right and just, so that the Lord will bring about for Abraham what he has promised him. Some time later, God tested Abraham’s faith. “Abraham!” God called. “Yes,” he replied. “Here I am.” “Do not lay a hand on the boy,” he said. “Do not do anything to him. Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son.” So Abraham called the name of that place, “The LORD will provide”; as it is said to this day, “On the mount of the LORD it shall be provided.” And at a ripe old age he breathed his last and died, old and contented, and was gathered to his people.”
“And the Lord was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. And his master saw that the Lord was with him, and that the Lord made all that he did to prosper in his hand. There is none greater in this house than I; neither hath he kept back any thing from me but thee, because thou art his wife: how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God? She came and grabbed him by his cloak, demanding, “Come on, sleep with me!” Joseph tore himself away, but he left his cloak in her hand as he ran from the house.
“Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves whoever has been born of him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and obey his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome. For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—sour faith. Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? This is he who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not by the water only but by the water and the blood. And the Spirit is the one who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth. For there are three that testify: the Spirit and the water and the blood; and these three agree. If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater, for this is the testimony of God that he has borne concerning his Son. Whoever believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. Whoever does not believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has borne concerning his Son.
6. Psalm 1; 150; Romans 16:1-12.
“Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
“Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
“I commend to you our sister Phoebe, a deacon of the church in Cenchreae. I ask you to receive her in the Lord in a way worthy of his people and to give her any help she may need from you, for she has been the benefactor of many people, including me. Greet Priscilla and Aquila, my co-workers in Christ Jesus. They risked their lives for me. Not only I but all the churches of the Gentiles are grateful to them. Greet also the church that meets at their house. Greet my dear friend Epenetus, who was the first convert to Christ in the province of Asia. Greet Mary, who worked very hard for you. Greet Andronicus and Junia, my fellow Jews who have been in prison with me. They are outstanding among[d] the apostles, and they were in Christ before I was. Greet Ampliatus, my dear friend in the Lord. Greet Urbanus, our co-worker in Christ, and my dear friend Stachys. Greet Apelles, whose fidelity to Christ has stood the test. Greet those who belong to the household of Aristobulus. Greet Herodion, my fellow Jew. Greet those in the household of Narcissus who are in the Lord. Greet Tryphena and Tryphosa, those women who work hard in the Lord. Greet my dear friend Persis, another woman who has worked very hard in the Lord.
7. Psalms 17:7-15; Proverbs 29:11-25; John 17:16-24.
“Show me the wonders of your great love, you who save by your right hand those who take refuge in you from their foes. Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings from the wicked who are out to destroy me, from my mortal enemies who surround me. They close up their callous hearts, and their mouths speak with arrogance. They have tracked me down, they now surround me, with eyes alert, to throw me to the ground. They are like a lion hungry for prey, like a fierce lion crouching in cover. Rise up, LORD, confront them, bring them down; with your sword rescue me from the wicked. By your hand save me from such people, LORD, from those of this world whose reward is in this life. May what you have stored up for the wicked fill their bellies; may their children gorge themselves on it, and may there be leftovers for their little ones. As for me, I will be vindicated and will see your face; when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness.
“Stupid people express their anger openly, but sensible people are patient and hold it back. If a ruler pays attention to false information, all his officials will be liars. A poor person and his oppressor have this in common — the LORD gave eyes to both of them. If a king defends the rights of the poor, he will rule for a long time. Correction and discipline are good for children. If they have their own way, they will make their mothers ashamed of them. When evil people are in power, crime increases. But the righteous will live to see the downfall of such people. Discipline your children and you can always be proud of them. They will never give you reason to be ashamed. A nation without God’s guidance is a nation without order. Happy are those who keep God’s law! You cannot correct servants just by talking to them. They may understand you, but they will pay no attention. There is more hope for a stupid fool than for someone who speaks without thinking. If you give your servants everything they want from childhood on, some day they will take over everything you own. People with quick tempers cause a lot of quarrelling and trouble. Arrogance will bring your downfall, but if you are humble, you will be respected. A thief’s partner is his own worst enemy. He will be punished if he tells the truth in court, and God will curse him if he doesn’t. It is dangerous to be concerned with what others think of you, but if you trust the LORD, you are safe.
“They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth. “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me. “Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.
We now pray as follows:
May we be called the children of the living God! O God, allure us. Lead us to an intimate place with You and speak tenderly to us. Betroth us to You forever, in righteousness and justice, in love and compassion. Betroth us in faithfulness so that we will acknowledge You, Lord. Amen.
May we rejoice in You, Lord. May we worship by Your Spirit, glory in Christ Jesus, and put no confidence in the flesh. May we be willing to say that whatever was to our profit, we now consider loss for Your sake, Jesus. May we consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing You, Jesus, as Lord, for whom we may have lost all things. May we consider them rubbish, that we may gain You, Jesus, and be found in You, not having a righteousness of our own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in You — the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith. Amen.
O Lord, when others rise up against us, may You be a shield around us. Bestow glory on us and lift up our heads. May we cry aloud to You, Lord, and may You answer us. Lord, may You sustain us every day. May we not fear when our enemies surround us. May we know that deliverance comes from You, Lord. May we be Yours so that Your blessing will be on us. Amen.
May You, Lord, give us the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that we may know You better. May the eyes of our hearts be enlightened so that we may know the hope to which You have called us. May we know the riches of Your glorious inheritance. May we know Your incomparably great power for those who believe. May we be great believers in Christ Jesus. Amen.
May we praise You, Lord. May we say, “How good it is to sing praises to our God, how pleasant and fitting to praise Him!” May we know that You, Lord, heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds. Lord, heal us, who are brokenhearted. Heal all of our wounds. Amen.
May we know that You determine the number of the stars and call them each by name! May we know that You are great, Lord, and mighty in power. Your understanding has no limit. Amen.
May we praise You, Lord. May we know and believe that at Your command everything was created. May we praise Your Name, Lord, for Your Name alone is exalted. Your splendor is above the earth and the heavens. Amen.
May we know that You, Lord, sustain the humble but cast the wicked to the ground! May we be humble before You, Lord. May we sing to You, Lord, with thanksgiving. May we know that Your pleasure is not in the strength of the horse, nor Your delight in the legs of a man. You, Lord, delight in those who fear You, who put their hope in Your unfailing love. May we fear You, Lord, and put our hope in Your unfailing love. Amen.
May we be Your servant, Jesus, like Paul and Timothy. May we have grace and peace from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. May we join in the partnership of the gospel. May we be confident that You, Lord, who began a good work in us will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ. Amen.
May we fear You, Lord, and walk in Your ways so that we may be blessed. May we eat the fruit of our labor. May blessings and prosperity be ours. May we be fruitful in all that we do. May we have more than enough goodness of God to celebrate our Lord at all times! May we fear You, Lord, and be blessed. May we be blessed all the days of our lives. May we live to see our children’s children. Amen.
O Lord, hear our voice. Let Your ears be attentive to our cry for mercy. May we fear You, Lord, and be grateful for Your mercy and forgiveness in our lives. May we wait for You, Lord. May our soul wait for You and put our hope in Your word. May we put our hope in You, Lord, for with You is unfailing love and full redemption. Amen.
Though others may oppress us, may they never gain victory over us. May we know that You, Lord, are righteous. Amen.
May we bear much fruit for Your glory, Lord. Thank You, Jesus, that You love us. Help us to remain in Your love. May we obey Your commands, Lord, and remain in Your love. May we obey Your command to love others as You have loved us. Amen.
Like Abraham, may we receive God’s help to direct our children at all times to keep the way of the Lord by doing what is right and just. Lord, if ever You call on us may we respond to You as Abraham’s was, “Here I am.” Like Abraham, may we fear You, God, and withhold nothing from You. In our life may we come to know You, God, as “The Lord will provide.” When our time comes, may we die at a good old age, an old person full of years, as Abraham did! Amen.
Lord, please be with us and make us prosper as You did with Joseph. Lord, be with us and give us success in everything we do, as You did with Joseph. May we say as Joseph did, “How could I do such a wicked thing and sin against God?” When confronted with temptation, may we run away, just as Joseph did! Amen.
May we know that “everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves His child as well.” May we believe in You, Jesus, and love You. May we love You, God, and carry out Your commands. May we know that “this is love for God: to obey His commands. And His commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world.” May we believe that You, Jesus, are the Son of God and overcome the world. Amen.
May we be people who do not walk in the counsel of the wicked, stand in the way of sinners, or sit in the seat of mockers. May we be blessed. May our delight be in Your law, Lord. May we meditate on Your law day and night. May we be like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. May whatever we do prosper. May we be righteous so that You, Lord, will watch over our way. Amen.
May we praise You, Lord. May we praise You for Your acts of power. May we praise You for Your surpassing greatness. As long we have breath, may we praise You, Lord. Amen.
May we like Phoebe, be one who is of great help to many people. May we, like Priscilla and Aquila, be fellow workers in Christ and be willing to risk our lives for the gospel. May we, like Apelles, be tested and approved in You, Jesus. May we like Tryphena and Tryphosa, be one who works hard in You, Lord. Amen.
Lord, show us the wonder of Your great love, You, who save by Your right hand those who take refuge in You from their foes. May we take refuge in You. Keep us as the apple of Your eye and hide us in the shelter of Your wings. May we know that we are the apple of Your eye. May we, in righteousness see Your face. When we awake, may we be satisfied with seeing Your likeness, Lord. Amen.
May we be wise and keep ourselves in control. May we be willing to correct our children to impart wisdom to them! May we discipline our children so that they will give us peace, and bring delight to our soul. May we be a person of lowly spirit. May we trust in You, Lord, and not fear men. Amen.
May we not be of this world, just as You were not of this world, Jesus. Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth, Lord. May we be truly sanctified. May we let the world know that You, Father, sent Jesus and that You love us. Thank You, Heavenly Father, for giving us Jesus, and that one day we will be with You and will see Your glory.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, WE RECEIVE ANSWERS TO ALL OUR PRAYERS. AMEN.
PRAISE GOD, HALLELUJAH!
PRAISE GOD, AMEN!!
PRAISE GOD, HALLELUJAH!!!
JESUS IS LORD.
