What an incredible power we have when we give thanks to God in all circumstances? Are we not significantly blessed and infinitely favoured? Yes, we are incredibly fortunate! We are eternally grateful as we are infinitely mandated to give thanks in everything! Meaning, there is God’s strength upon us when we give thanks in everything. Permit me to mention a few of these countless benefits of being grateful to God in everything in Christ Jesus. Gratitude glorifies God (2 Corinthians 4:15); Gratitude helps us to see the bigger picture of God (James 1:16-17); Gratitude puts us squarely in God’s will (1 Thessalonians 5:18); Gratitude brings peace (Philippians 4:6-7); Gratitude draws us to God more dearly (Like 17:17-19); Gratitude brings contentment (1 Timothy 6:6-8); Gratitude deepens faith (Psalm 136:6); Gratitude leads with joy to rejoicing (Psalm 126:1-3); Gratitude defies the Devil’s lies (Psalm 84:11); Gratitude guards against envy (Psalm 138:1) Gratitude helps us live in the present (Ecclesiastes 7:10); Gratitude is a testimony (Psalm 105:1). With Gratitude to God, you cannot get it wrong in Christ Jesus. Be grateful to God in all circumstances in Christ Jesus! That’s it!!!
