Here it is, the one thing that is needful: “Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” (Psalm 46:10, NASB 1995). Have you not heard that sitting at Jesus’ feet and listening to His Word is a choice? Yes, some things will not get done; some people will not understand. But Jesus said it was the one needful thing, the one thing which could never be taken away. Because of what you learn from Him and of Him, you’ll always have something to hang onto, and it won’t be by your fingernails! That’s it!!!
